    The food is always good at this place but he's right the hours suck next to that college and I've gone in there and there be nobody in there and be hard to make money when there's nobody there because most the customers come from that college I don't know how to fix it for me but the food is awesome in there

    Disgusting... i got the turkey and cole slaw sandwich.  Literally unedible!! They order food from their suppliers in large quantities.  If they dont sell the food fast enough the meat goes bad but they still sell it so they dont lose money.

    This location is so bad and empty. Dont go here.

    Good news is i got a refund on the disgusting food. I never ask for refunds

    Service was slow. I got the slaw jo   They forgot to put Russian dressing. The slaw is dry and they forgot to cut my sandwich. Do you have to them now ? I haven't be to one in a while. Usually go to mikes subs. But I guess. That's why I don't come here.

    The worst location ever Service was horrible and rude.. I ordered 3 sandwiches over the phone. I ask for a Hot bobby extra cranberry, philly cheese and chipotle chicken sandwich. I got a  extra cold bobby nearly any cranberry a no cheese philly and old tomatoes chipotle sandwich... will never come back to this location! Negative stars!

    Man o man! First time trying Capriotti's!  I can't believe I missed out on this place for all these year.  This specific location hooked it up! I was craving a hot sandwich for a long time and decided to finally come into Capriotti's.  They greeted me right away and I told them I wanted the cheese steak. They asked if I wanted mushrooms etc...I told them to surprise me and that I wasn't picky.  Boy did they surprise me.  It was so good, and it was spicy too which I enjoyed very much. This will definitely be my go to sandwich place from now on!!
